OUR DIRECTOR.
Morgan kicked off his career with his carpentry apprenticeship and over a decade of hands-on experience in the field. The recurrent issues of defects and water ingress during his carpentry tenure led him to discover his passion for the Remedial and Waterproofing sectors. He transitioned to the role of a Defect Manager for some of Sydney’s leading construction developers and residential builders, where he identified the need for honest and loyal waterproofing services.
Taking a decisive leap, he founded Flex Membranes, driven by the mission to provide reliable waterproofing solutions, sparing clients from serious water ingress issues and resultant defects. Morgan's hands-on approach is evident on every site, where he is always leading from the front and ensuring the highest standards of workmanship are maintained. Beyond work, you'll find him at the gym or enjoying walks with his American Staffy, Stormie.
